The European organic label guarantees an environmentally friendly production and processing method. Everything is controlled and certified from grape to glass by an independent organization. Organic wine contains 100% grapes grown according to the principles of organic farming and with a reduced level of use of sulphites. Organic rules are the same throughout Europe. Vineyards must be grown without synthetic chemicals for at least three years before being certified as organic.
