High Environmental Value (HVE) is a certification created and supervised by the Ministry of Agriculture, Agri-Food and Forestry.
It promotes farms that engage in environmentally friendly approaches. This means that the farm has reached the required level of environmental performance in terms of biodiversity, phytosanitary strategy, nitrogen fertilization and water resources management.
