A kiss of red fruits!

Champagne Billecart-Salmon was founded in 1818, and for 7 generations the house has remained in the same family. She chooses her grapes from more than 40 vintages to make her champagnes. 

The Rosé vintage is characterized by its delicate salmon pink color and its subtle aromas of red fruits and spices. On the nose, captivating aromas of fresh red fruits, such as wild strawberry, raspberry and cherry, intertwine with delicate floral nuances of rose and orange blossom. On the palate, deeper notes are revealed, such as spices, nuts and toast. This vintage will go wonderfully with a salmon dish or sushi. As a dessert, it will enhance the flavors of red fruits and citrus fruits.
