With its evocative name, Château Chasse Spleen could be a remedy for melancholy. It offers a beautiful, complex and rich bouquet, with deep aromas of cherry, blackberry, blackcurrant and old rose. A voluminous and supple palate expressed on velvety tannins of beautiful finesse. A long finish is dominated by fruity and woody notes, as well as a slight mineral touch. To reveal all its aromatic complexity of the 2019 vintage, you will have to wait until 2025 . It can be enjoyed with a fillet of beef, a rare steak, a roast lamb or a cheese platter .
