The Margaux appellation is one of the most famous and prestigious appellations in the Bordeaux wine region. Due to their elegance and finesse, the wines of this appellation are often considered the most feminine of the great Bordeaux wines. The Château de Bellevue de Tayac vineyard is very confidential. Only 4.5 hectares nestled on gravel, sand and clay soils have been worked since 2014 by the Fabre family. This wine is distinguished by its deep ruby ​​color and its intense aromatic bouquet of toasted bread and very ripe blackcurrants. Its creamy taste goes wonderfully with mushroom risotto, filet mignon, lamb, duck or game dishes. An opening of 60 minutes is recommended to take full advantage of its aromatic potential.
