L' Oratoire de Chasse Spleen is the second wine of Château Chasse Spleen , a historic estate in the Moulis-en-Médoc appellation, founded in 1863. Its nose is characterized by intense aromas of red and black fruits, such as cherry. black, blackberry and blackcurrant, as well as spicy and woody notes, coming from aging in oak barrels. On the palate, this wine is full-bodied and structured, with firm but fine tannins, offering a nice length on the palate. The flavors of dark fruits and spices blend harmoniously, creating remarkable complexity and depth of taste. It is an excellent choice to accompany red meat dishes or mature cheeses. It can be enjoyed now, but can also age for several years in the cellar.
