Champagne Girardin is a family vineyard. In 1970, Bernard broke free from the cooperative to strike out on his own. The family plots are located on the terroir of the village of Mancy, in Côte des Blancs, then enriched under the leadership of his daughter Sandrine, with those of Vitry en Perthois, to the north of the Côte des Bars . Today, Sandrine offers us champagnes inspired by the musical world on 6 hectares on two distinct terroirs.

The Appoggiature cuvée seduces us with its delicate and complex aromatic bouquet, with notes of fresh fruit, such as ripe peach, highlighted by animal nuances. The well-balanced palate brings a pleasant freshness, while the finish is long and harmonious.
