Champagne Girardin is a family vineyard. In 1970, Bernard broke free from the cooperative to strike out on his own. The family plots are located on the terroir of the village of Mancy, in Côte des Blancs, then enriched under the leadership of his daughter Sandrine, with those of Vitry en Perthois, to the north of the Côte des Bars. Today, Sandrine offers us champagnes inspired by the musical world on 6 hectares on two distinct terroirs.

For the Vibrato vintage , Sandrine blends chardonnay from Mancy and Vitry en Perthois to obtain an atypical Blanc de Blancs. The round expression of Chardonnay offers a delicious and toasted aromatic bouquet. Lactic notes mixed with kirsch highlight a creamy texture and a fine effervescence. A wine of exceptional depth and complexity.
