César Martì received the prestigious title of youngest master rum maker “ Maestro Ronero ” in Cuba. It is he who develops Eminente, a complex blend of 70% aguardientes (very aromatic molasses brandies) and 30% lighter rums. Column distilled, Eminente is aged for at least 7 years in old Bourbon and Whiskey white oak barrels.
