Champagne Germain Pidensat is a family estate located on the Côte des Bar, a Champagne region renowned for its wines of character and the maturity of its grapes. In the heart of the charming village of Avirey-Lingey, the 8 hectares of the Pidensat family vineyard benefit from an exceptional terroir, with clay-limestone soils, which gives the wines a distinctive minerality.

The Cuvée Tradition is a blanc de noirs, i.e. only made with the emblematic grape variety of the Côte des Bar: Pinot Noir. Its dress is a beautiful deep gold color. Its nose opens with a bouquet of intense aromas of ripe red fruits, juicy cherries and delicate spices. On the palate, its texture is creamy and captivatingly rich. The flavors of small red fruits mingle with nuances of roasted hazelnuts, a delight!
