Brother and sister, Lucie and Sébastien, took over the family estate on the Côte des Bar, and focused their 5 hectares towards organic winemaking. .
The Elegant vintage is fermented and aged in oak barrels. The 20-year-old vines of the Dalivard plot have not received any chemicals since 2006.
