The Quadra vintage has a seductive nose, on the palate its roundness is balanced by a salinity finish. It is a fine example of the dual climatological and geological influence of the Saint-Mont terroir. The Atlantic Ocean sweeps the terroir with its sea winds and the degradation of the Pyrenean soil complicates the taste of the wine. Quadra presents a brilliant expression of the Colombard grape variety, indigenous to the South-West. Aged vines bring a concentration of flavors and aromatic depth to the wine.
